The mall also houses an eight-screen Grand Cinecity cinema. It also has a number of eating outlets, the latest being Food Court. Seafood is the main specialty of this Food Court.

The center offers a wide range of shopping possibilities. The main products of the mall are clothes and perfumes. But the complex also has the largest bookstore in Middle East.

The shopping center also includes multi-storey car parking. It can accommodate about 2,000 cars at a time. Sky bridges connect the mall and the parking area. They provide shoppers a direct entry to the complex.
